Good questions
Choosing a journal, giving it well, and what's inside — answered.

Yes — every journal opens with a gift inscription page ("This journal belongs to ___"), so your message is bound into the book itself. No wrapping required, though it never hurts.
The same beloved From Faith to Profession interior, two bindings: the standard case-laminate hardcover ($45.00) and the leather heirloom edition ($84.99) — rich leather with gold detailing, for the milestone gifts that should outlive us all.

Only public-domain sources — every verse is checked word-for-word against its published text, and every quote is traced to a real source before it goes into a book. Specifically:
Jewish journals draw on the JPS 1917 Tanakh (the classic Jewish Publication Society translation, now in the public domain) and classic Pirkei Avot teachings in public-domain translation.
Catholic journals use the Douay-Rheims Bible and the public-domain writings of the saints.
Christian journals use the King James Version and public-domain Christian writers — Bunyan, Wesley, Newton, Spurgeon, Cowper, and others — chosen to speak to every denomination.
We keep the sourcing explanation here, in the FAQ, so the journals themselves stay clean and devotional: inside, it's just the words and your thoughts.
